Next week I will participate in the ESA Digital Twin Earth Components: Open Science Meeting 2026, which will take place at ESRIN (Frascati, Italy). I will present the poster "A comparative assessment of machine learning and a multilayer physical model with data assimilation for root-zone soil moisture estimation", the result of joint work with Judith Cid Jiménez, María José Escorihuela, and Anaïs Barella-Ortiz.
